The organization is a local Baltimore favorite providing pool and construction services.
The HR Generalist supports the organization by performing special projects and assisting with general HR administration regarding benefits, payroll, training and development, legal compliance, talent acquisition and recruitment.

The incumbent must have 3 years of HR experience and construction industry background preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities 1.
Development, implementation, and management of the following systems:
Recruitment program.
Onboarding program.
Performance review program.
Health and Safety (OSHA) training program(s) and documentation.
Company policy training program.
Digitized employee file system.
2.
Active oversight and management of the following employee benefit programs:
Workers' Compensation benefits.
Unemployment benefits.
Health Care Coverage and benefit management.
In addition:
Maintain employee handbook and non-solicitation agreement; ensure all employees are current on latest versions of the document.
Interaction with Controller for payroll processing and Paid Time Off reconciliation.
Participating in exit interviews and termination/closure of Employee records.
Qualifications Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area 3
years' of experience working in Human Resources Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work on site 5 days a week Job Type:
